Shellac wax

Shellac wax is a hard natural wax obtained as a by-product of shellac processing. It provides hardness, gloss and protective film-forming properties. Applications: furniture and floor polishes, leather finishes, coatings, printing inks and selected cosmetic or specialty formulations. Typical specifications: melting point, acid value, color and purity vary by grade. Application: melt and blend carefully into the selected formulation according to the required performance. Packaging: flakes, granules or blocks in bags, cartons or drums.
